I’ve been inundated with inquiries about our remarkable success in setting 574 appointments in 2024, and I’m excited to delve into our winning strategy with you. It all begins with the flow of leads, and we’re constantly driving that momentum.

Let’s dive deeper into our lead sources, as I understand that’s where the real interest lies. Firstly, we have seller leads, totaling approximately 166 so far. These stem from various traditional methods like FSBO, FRBO and expired listings, with our extensive database serving as a fertile ground for generating leads. Additionally, platforms like Zillow have been instrumental, contributing significantly to our lead pool.

Moving on to buyer leads, we’ve amassed around 394, leveraging diverse channels such as pay-per-click advertising, organic traffic through SEO, and strategic partnerships with platforms like Realtor.com and http://Homes.com . Our social media efforts, particularly on Facebook, have also yielded promising results in attracting both buyer and seller leads.

Speaking of partnerships, we’ve cultivated strong relationships with major lead generators like Zillow and Homelight, which have bolstered our lead count to an impressive 679. These partnerships have been invaluable, providing us with a substantial influx of high-quality leads at a fraction of their market value.

Beyond these channels, we employ additional marketing tactics, including direct mail campaigns and strategic purchases from lesser-known lead sites, all aimed at identifying motivated sellers. Moreover, we prioritize nurturing our existing database and past clients through regular communication and exclusive events, fostering strong relationships and generating further referral opportunities.
