Team Update for Early 2026!

A Strong Start to 2026—and What It Means for Agents Heading Into Spring

The real estate market doesn’t always announce when momentum is building—you just start to feel it.

That’s exactly what we’ve been seeing so far this year.

In the first two months of 2026, plus the first week of March, 38 agents on the team have already closed at least one deal. More than just a strong start, it’s a sign of consistent activity across the board—not just a few standout performers.

Early March Activity Shows Real Momentum

To put things into perspective…

In just the first 9 days of March, the team put 28 homes under contract.

That kind of pace tells us a few important things:

  • Buyers are active
  • Sellers are moving
  • And the right systems are helping connect the two efficiently

When deals are happening at this level early in the month, it usually signals a strong season ahead.

Consistency Across the Team Matters

What stands out most isn’t just the total numbers—it’s how spread out the production is.

So far, 26 agents have already closed 2 or more deals.

That’s an important distinction.

Because in many environments, production tends to be concentrated among a small group. But when results are more evenly distributed, it usually points to something bigger:

  • Reliable lead flow
  • Strong follow-up systems
  • Clear processes agents can actually execute

In other words, it’s not about being in the right place at the right time—it’s about having the right structure in place.

More Opportunities Than We Can Currently Handle

Here’s the part that’s been most surprising…

We’re currently seeing more incoming opportunities than our team can fully keep up with.

And while that’s a great position to be in, it also means some opportunities aren’t being maximized the way they could be.

Because of that, we’re looking to connect with 5 additional agents by the end of April—especially for those who want to get ahead of the spring market while activity is already picking up.

What This Means for You

Spring is typically one of the busiest seasons in real estate.

And the agents who benefit most aren’t the ones reacting to it—they’re the ones already positioned before it fully hits.

If you’re an agent who’s:

  • Looking for more consistent opportunities
  • Tired of unpredictable deal flow
  • Or simply wants to get ahead of the spring market instead of chasing it

This could be worth a closer look.
