HIGH COMMISSION SPLITS

Agents with the Dave Friedman team enjoy attractive commission splits tailored to their contributions. When agents bring in deals independently, they receive up to a generous 90% commission split. Conversely, deals brought in by the company are split evenly at 50/50, ensuring fair rewards for collective efforts and fostering a collaborative environment.

As small business owners, we believe in the power of giving back to the community that supports us. The Compassion Project thrives on the support of our clients. A portion of our profits is dedicated to the Compassion Fund, ensuring the continuation of our support for the community.

Over recent years, we’ve made significant impacts: from completely refurbishing roofs for families affected by hurricane-induced damage and preventing black mold, to furnishing a single mother’s apartment, providing her and her children with a comfortable home. These efforts represent just a fraction of the Compassion Project’s achievements.

Our “Compassion Project” generates tons of brand awareness on top of making a huge positive impact locally. We allocate a share of our profits to support those in need in our immediate community.
